Bootcourse Refund Policy
Digital Content Agreement:
Upon purchasing any of Bootcourse's digital services, you acknowledge and agree to waive the standard withdrawal period. This waiver applies universally to both one-time payments and any subscription-based or recurring payments.
Refund Eligibility:
Lifetime Access Courses: Due to the nature of providing lifetime access to digital learning materials, refunds are not available once purchase has been confirmed. This policy ensures that resources allocated for providing unrestricted access are maintained.
Course Start Date Adjustments: You may reschedule the start date of a course without incurring any penalties, allowing flexibility to begin learning at a more convenient time.
Monthly Payment Terms:
Cancellation of Monthly Payments: Subscribers may cancel their monthly payments at any time. However, you are required to pay for any courses that have been initiated, and no refunds will be issued for payments already made.
Coverage of Costs: Before a cancellation is processed, sufficient payments must have been made to cover any accessed or currently enrolled courses.
Cancellation Process:
To initiate the cancellation of a monthly payment plan, please send a detailed email to [email protected]. The cancellation will become effective only after ensuring that all due payments have been made to cover the cost of participated courses.
Breach of Terms:
Violating the terms and conditions of Bootcourse, including but not limited to misuse of services or content, unauthorized sharing, or payment fraud, may lead to immediate removal from all courses without the possibility of a refund.
